What are your hours?

Normal Business hours Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday by appointment we offer oncall services for our contract clients.

Do you give estimates?

  • Most repair estimates are free depending on the service & the request
  • All estimates. are valid for 30 days (Unless otherwise stated)

Are there equipment charges?

There are no charges for basic hand tools, such as drills.  However, servicing fees are necessary for certain specialized equipment, such as paint sprayer, texture machine, tile saw, nail guns, Service charges are used for the up keep, repair or replacement of costly machinery.

Can I provide materials?

We will provide all needed materials to complete repairs, in some circumstances we will use customer provided materials please call to discuss.

Am I charged if I cancel a call?

A 24hr notice is required to cancel a call otherwise you will be billed our cancellation fee.

What if you come out and it's not a service you provide?

While we do provide a large scope of repairs sometimes it's just not something we can do and we'll try and refer you to a reliable contractor that has provided us with exceptional service in the past or to www.servicemagic.com
